Corelinx Partner Terms & Conditions
Effective 1 July 2026 · By registering as a Partner, you agree to all the terms below.
1. Membership
The Corelinx Partner program is free for Corelinx account holders with a verified email. Each person/business may hold only one partner account. Corelinx may reject, suspend, or terminate any membership indicating fraud, abuse, or harm to others, with or without notice.
2. Top-up balance
Top-up balance may only be used to buy/issue eSIMs in the Partner dashboard and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or refunded, unless required otherwise by law. The balance bears no interest and is not a deposit/e-money.
3. Pricing & discounts
Partner pricing follows Corelinx's live public price minus the tier discount in effect at issuance. Prices may change at any time per market rates & exchange rates. Tiers (Bronze/Silver/Gold) are evaluated automatically from the last 90 days of successful spend and can move up or down.
4. Reward points
Points (1 point = Rp1) are granted on successful transactions per the applicable program percentage. Points are not money and only gain cash value once converted into withdrawable balance per the minimum rules. Points from cancelled/refunded transactions are clawed back. Corelinx may adjust program amounts with notice in the dashboard.
5. Withdraw
Only reward balance (converted points & bonuses) is withdrawable, subject to the applicable minimum. Processing is manual during business days/hours (target max 1 business day) to a bank account in the partner account owner's name. Corelinx may request identity verification for certain withdrawals. Any taxes on bonuses/commissions are the partner's responsibility.
6. Referral
Referral bonuses are granted for organic invites only. Prohibited: self-referral via duplicate accounts, spam, misleading ads, or impersonating Corelinx as an employee/official office. Violations forfeit bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
7. Resale
Partners set their own resale prices and are fully responsible for serving their own customers. Partners must accurately convey plan details (data, validity, coverage). Issued eSIMs cannot be cancelled/refunded unless proven to fail activation due to a system error — file via Support Ticket within 3×24 hours of issuance.
8. Confidentiality
Partner pricing, supplier data, and internal program materials are confidential and must not be disclosed.
9. Changes to terms
Corelinx may update these T&C at any time; the latest version is always on this page and applies once published. Using the dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance.
